Situated on the Elandsgracht, close to the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam since 1987, the Palladio restaurant is known for its southern Italian cuisine.
All our dishes are prepared with love and care – and you can taste that!
We work only with the freshest ingredients of the day. Discover just how tradition meets modern tastes – from home-made pasta and ravioli to vitello tonnato and flan al cioccolato
Italians never like to wait for their food – and at the Palladio they don’t have to, because naturally you start with tasty antipasta (literally, before the meal) – lovely fresh salami, raw ham and a few delicious olives.
Our chef likes to impress with these, and accompanied by a glass of good Italian wine you can relax and unwind. Speaking of the chef, don’t forget to take a look at the Italian dishes he recommends!
